Blue stretch velvet leotard has white spandex ballet leg-line briefs and adjustable nude shoulder straps. Front of the leotard is adorned with white sparkle embroidery and trim. Attached arm ruffles are made of blue and white tulle and supported by white stretch sequin over elastic, extending over the shoulders. Attached romantic length tutu has layers of blue and white tulle. 

Included free - hair scrunchie in matching blue and white tulle.
